The hype train is leaving the station!
Activision’s Call of Duty franchise has been hitting the bricks lately, with massive backlash on their “futuristic” style of CoD. So in an effort to bring fans back into the fold (other than just re-releasing old games), CoD: Advanced Warfare developers Sledgehammer Games has opted to step back into the fields of combat with CoD: World War 2.
Heavy duty marketing is already happening with the game, with a multiplayer trailer being released at E3, but the developers decided to step it up a notch and host a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) where they allowed fans to pose some questions about the new game, and how it was all going to play out in regards to previous games in the series. Answers came from both the official Reddit account for Sledgehammer games, as well as from the Reddit account of Studio Head Micheal Condrey. Below are a few of the more interesting tidbits.
